Training

Situational Services, Inc. offers a wide variety of "we do" / "you do" training options depending on the needs of your organization. We license companies and certify individuals to train the packaged programs of the Center for Leadership Studies, as well as conduct onsite training using one of our experienced trainers. Public workshops in Escondido, CA and Raleigh, NC are also available for managers looking to experience Situational Leadership® while working with people from companies around the world. Licensure and Certification

In order to train individuals within your company you must first obtain a license agreement with Situational Services, Inc. For information on obtaining a license with Situational Services, Inc contact 734.669.4363.

All of our Situational products are copyrighted and registered trademarked training programs. The concepts around all things "situational" are protected under standard copyright laws. In order to offer this training to your employees, an organization must sign a license agreement with Situational Services, Inc.

The license agreement serves as the joint agreement that your company will train our packaged program and purchase training materials from us, while we agree to provide Administrative materials necessary to facilitate the program successfully.

Trainer Certification

Individuals must be certified in order to facilitate the packaged training programs. Certification starts at $1,995.00 per person and can be discounted based on quantity.  Trainer certification is offered monthly.

Trainer certification may be obtained by attending a workshop at the Center for Leadership Studies, Inc. in Escondido, CA or our East Coast office, Leading Solutions Group in Raleigh, NC. We also offer on-site trainer certification in which we can come to your location. Arrangements to do so are made by contacting us directly.
