Twelve O'clock High.
This one-day program allows participants an opportunity to apply Situational Leadership® techniques through a filmed case experience. During this process, decisions are made on Leadership Styles, Readiness Levels, and Performance Evaluation.
This action-packed case study provides a significant opportunity to learn more about leadership, readiness, performance, and the process of change. The issues presented are common to large and small organizations.
Program Highlights
Module 1
The day begins with a review of the key concepts and models of Situational Leadership®. An overview of the day's events and an introduction to the participants' manual is provided. Participants receive direction for recording their observations on leadership styles and readiness levels.
Module 2
Participants complete their data collection for the case. They review the guidelines for effective performance evaluations and establish performance criteria for six key characters in the movie. Participants then complete their individual decisions for the case.
Module 3
During this module, participants work in teams to reach group decisions on styles, readiness, and performance evaluation. In addition, they establish group performance criteria for making their evaluation decisions.
Module 4
In this final module, participants receive feedback and rationale for the expert rankings. They score their individual and group decisions and analyze their scores in terms of synergy.
Throughout the course participants utilize a comprehensive manual for recording and processing their decisions and reviewing relevant content. The day is designed to be fast-paced with intense and involved learning. Participants finish the day mentally spent, yet intellectually enriched.
